FITRUB QL clamps are made from high-quality thermoplastic material with a fiberglass content.
FITRUB QL is characterized by the following features:
- high mechanical strength, stiffness and hardness
- high impact resistance
- high mechanical vibration damping
- Good fatigue resistance
- Very good abrasion and scratch resistance and low coefficient of friction
- High heat resistance, permissible operating temperature from -20°C to +80°C continuously and temporarily up to +130°C
- High chemical resistance, especially to organic solvents, including oils, greases and fuels.
- Good electrical insulating properties
The mechanical properties of the FITRUB QL holder are resistant to UV radiation.
Dielectric strength: 18/16 kV/mm.
It is not necessary to use additional rubber to protect the pipe on which the holder is mounted from scratches.
