Two-Piece Heavy-Duty Construction

The bumper features an intelligent, two-piece construction to ensure maximum stability with reduced weight:

1. Separate Winch Plate: This forms the core and connects the bumper massively to the frame rails at numerous points. This ensures optimal force distribution and protects the vehicle structure. It also significantly facilitates winch maintenance.

2. Bumper Body: Made from laser-cut and CNC-bent steel (2.5 mm – 10 mm thickness). Small parts are galvanized, the entire construction is sandblasted and reinforced with additional struts.

Off-Road Functionality & Features

• Excellent Winch Access: The design allows for easy operation and maintenance of your winch.

• Hi-Lift Jack Points: Welded-in sockets allow for secure attachment of a Hi-Lift jack.

• LED Lighting Included: Powerful auxiliary LED lights are already included in the set.

• Shackle Mounts: Pre-prepared mounting points for shackle holders. (Holders available as optional accessory).

• Bullbar Option: A matching bullbar is optionally available for this model.

Colors & Finish

The bumper is supplied as standard with a high-quality double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL Color: Optionally, you can choose any color from the RAL palette for an additional charge. Please specify the desired RAL code in the comment field of the order process.

Important Note on Custom Colors: As the bumper is specially manufactured for you when a custom color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Assembly & Production

• Easy Installation: Assembly is straightforward and can be done with standard tools. A second pair of hands and a little time are recommended.

• Production Time: As each bumper is custom-made, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper does not have road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
