The ultimate solution for extreme off-road use: This steel front bumper for the Land Rover Discovery 3 combines a massive bullbar with additional lamp protection tubes. This provides all-round protection for your front end, including the main headlights, against branches, undergrowth, and mechanical impacts off-road.

Two-piece Heavy-Duty Construction

The intelligent, two-piece design ensures maximum durability with a precise fit:

1. Winch Plate: Solid base made of closed profiles and 4 mm – 5 mm steel sheets.

2. Main Bumper: Made of 2.5 mm – 5 mm thick steel, reinforced to 5 mm – 6 mm at the frame mounts.

All parts are laser-cut and CNC-bent to ensure maximum structural integrity.

Off-Road Features & Protection

• Bullbar & Lamp Protection Tubes: Complete protection for the grille and main headlights thanks to mounted protection tubes.

• Winch Compatibility: The winch plate is designed so that the winch clutch lever remains easily accessible.

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Integrated attachment points for the safe use of a Hi-Lift jack directly on the bumper.

• Shackle Mounts: Pre-drilled holes for shackle holders (holders available as optional accessories).

• Washer Fluid Reservoir Protection: Includes detachable protective plates for the reservoir.

• LED Lighting: A set of matching LED auxiliary lights is included.

Colors & Surfaces

The bumper is supplied as standard with a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005). Optionally available:

• Black textured paint (RAL 9005)

Important note on custom colors: As the bumper is custom-made for you when a color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Assembly & Production

• Installation: The system is designed for easy assembly. No cutting or welding is required, only drilling 8 holes to 12.5 mm. We strongly recommend installation by a specialist workshop.

• Delivery time: Individual production takes up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). A single vehicle approval must be clarified with an expert before purchase.
