High-Quality Workmanship & Stability

The bumper is cut with state-of-the-art laser technology and precisely formed on CNC press brakes.

• Material thickness: The housing consists of 2.5 mm to 5 mm thick steel sheet.

• Solid mounting: The brackets for connection to the vehicle frame are made of 5 mm thick steel to ensure optimal force distribution.

• Finish: The component receives a double powder coating, which reliably protects it from corrosion.

Off-Road Functions

• Integrated winch plate: The bumper serves as a stable base for mounting your off-road winch.

• Hi-Lift jacks: Integrated openings allow you to safely attach a Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper.

• Shackle mounts: Pre-drilled mounting holes for recovery shackles are available (hooks/shackles can be ordered from us as optional accessories).

• Includes LED lighting: The delivery already includes suitable LED lights, which provide a modern look and better visibility.

Colors & Surfaces

As standard, we supply the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005). Alternatively, you can choose:

• Textured Black (RAL 9005)

• Custom RAL color: Simply enter your desired RAL code in the comment field during the order process.

Note on custom colors: Since the bumper is specially manufactured for you when a color request is made, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Assembly & Production

• Assembly requirement: For installation, the impact cones on the front of the frame must be removed. Welding is not required.

• Specialist workshop recommendation: We strongly recommend that you have the assembly carried out in a specialist workshop. Especially for recovery operations, professional attachment to the frame is safety-relevant.

• Delivery time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
