Massive Protection for the Air Suspension

This protection was specially developed to safeguard the exposed air reservoir from mechanical damage caused by stones, branches, or ground contact:

• Robust Construction: Made from 3 mm thick steel sheet, precisely cut by CNC laser and formed on CNC bending presses.

• High Rigidity: The plate is folded 90 degrees all around. This design enormously increases its inherent rigidity and ensures that the protective plate retains its shape even under hard impacts.

• Excellent Corrosion Protection: Since the underbody is constantly exposed to moisture and dirt, the entire protective plate is galvanized. This guarantees a long service life and protection against rust.

Easy Installation – Plug & Play

Installation is straightforward and requires no complex modifications to the vehicle:

• Stable Fastening: The protection is securely attached to the underbody with a total of 4 screws using special mounting elements.

• DIY-friendly: For installation, you only need standard tools and a little time. The complete mounting kit including instructions is included in the scope of delivery.

• System Enhancement: This protection is the ideal complement to our other components (engine, transmission, and fuel tank protection) to elevate the off-road capability of your ML W164 to a professional level.
