Despite its enormous ground clearance, the engine oil pan, front axle differential, and steering components are exposed to potential impact areas when driving off paved roads, in forests, or on rugged construction sites. Careless grounding on sharp rocks, massive tree stumps, hard embankment edges, or hard impacts in deep ruts can irreparably bend the tie rods or tear open the oil pan – leading to immediate oil loss and catastrophic engine damage.

This vehicle-specific 3-in-1 underbody protection perfectly closes this critical safety gap on the undercarriage of your US truck. Thanks to its thoughtful design, this skid plate can be mounted completely independently and separately, without necessarily requiring the installation of the remaining plates of the underbody system. In this version, it is precisely designed for installation under the original factory front bumper.
