Since the vehicle has independent front suspension, the front differential housing and the sensitive steering components are unprotected in the potential impact area due to their design. An inattentive bump on sharp rocks, massive tree stumps in the forest, or hard impacts in deep ruts can irreparably bend the tie rods or tear open the engine oil pan – leading to immediate oil loss and catastrophic engine damage.

This vehicle-specific 3-in-1 underbody protection perfectly closes this critical security gap on the underside of your FJ Cruiser. It is specifically designed to fit seamlessly under the original factory bumper. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, this skid plate can also be mounted completely independently and separately, without necessarily requiring the rest of the underbody system plates to be installed.
