Bring precision and protection back to the road (and off-road)! With these extended polyurethane bump stops (+50 mm), you effectively prevent harsh bottoming out of your suspension after a lift. When vehicles are lifted with longer springs, additional layers, or spacers, the travel range of the original, often already brittle rubber bump stops is no longer sufficient. This can lead to hard impacts and damage to the shock absorbers and suspension mounts under heavy load or deep potholes.

Our green version (65 ShA) is ideally suited for this purpose: it is soft enough to progressively and comfortably absorb impacts, but robust enough to maintain its shape permanently in everyday use and under load.

Why these extended bump stops (65 ShA)?

Polyurethane is the superior material for highly stressed suspension components. Compared to standard rubber, it does not age and remains absolutely dimensionally stable even at extreme temperatures.
