The Blue Offroad Version: Maximum Performance

The blue edition was specifically developed for off-road enthusiasts and vehicles that are regularly challenged in tough terrain, during trailer operation, or with larger tire combinations. With an increased hardness, this set offers significantly higher stiffness than the standard series.

To ensure a perfect fit for your Jeep, you can choose between different stabilizer bar variants with this set:

• Front Stabilizer Bar: Optionally "with bulge" or "without bulge".

• Front Diameter: Available in 31 mm or 34 mm.

• Rear Diameter: Available in 15 mm or 19 mm.

• Color: Blue (Offroad Edition)

• Hardness: 85 ShA (Heavy Duty – for maximum tracking stability and control).

Scope of Delivery (Complete Set)

This set includes all relevant bushings for the front and rear axles:

1. Front lower control arms (rear): 2x PU bushing (bushings for burning out)

2. Front lower control arms (front): 2x PU bushing + 2x metal sleeve (bushings for burning out)

3. Front lower control arms (shock absorber mount): 2x PU bushing + 2x metal sleeve (bushings for burning out)

4. Front upper control arms: 4x PU bushing + 4x metal sleeve (bushings for burning out)

5. Rear lower trailing arms: 4x PU bushing + 4x metal sleeve

6. Rear upper trailing arms: 4x PU bushing + 4x metal sleeve

7. Rear Panhard rod: 2x PU bushing + 2x metal sleeve

8. Front stabilizer bar: 2x PU bushing (bulge & diameter of choice)

9. Rear stabilizer bar: 2x PU bushing (diameter of choice)

⚠️ Important Installation Note ("For Burning Out")

For the marked bushings on the front axle, it is essential to leave the outer metal sleeve of the original bushings in the control arm! Only the old rubber is removed (burned out), so that the new blue poly bushings can be inserted directly into the remaining sleeve.
