This uncompromising off-road bumper from MorE 4x4 was specially developed to form an indestructible protective barrier at the front of your heavy-duty off-roader. Made from high-strength steel in material thicknesses of 6 mm, 4 mm, and 3 mm, it mercilessly absorbs even the hardest impacts. A well-thought-out highlight is the continuously variable three-point adjustment in three planes, which allows for extremely precise alignment with the vehicle. In addition, massive side supports, bolted directly to the ladder frame, ensure absolute stability across the entire width of the bumper – an indispensable design given the long overhangs of the Hilux.

The bumper is prepared ex works for extreme use and comes standard with an integrated winch mounting plate, reinforced mounts for shackle holders, and two built-in mounts for fog or daytime running lights. For ultimate corrosion protection, each bumper undergoes an elaborate high-end process: after shot blasting, an electric arc zinc spray coating is applied, before the component is finished with an extremely abrasion-resistant Sahara polyester powder coating and a particularly durable black textured paint.
